Bulky clothing and soft kit can eat up half your pack. This sack squeezes that volume down hard, and it barely registers on the scale itself. The Ultra-Sil Compression Sack is built for people who'd rather carry a lighter load than a bigger one.
How it works: load the sack, pull the three ultralight compression straps, and soft contents can shrink by as much as two thirds. Two ladderlock buckles plus one side-release buckle keep the tension even and let you get in and out quickly. An attached flip-top lid stops the straps from tangling when the sack is loose.
The fabric is water-resistant, bluesign® approved Ultra-Sil 30D nylon with a non-PFC DWR finish — far tougher than its weight suggests. Toss it inside your travel bag to flatten a jacket and free up room for the rest of your kit, or use it in your pack to keep a sleeping layer from sprawling across everything else.
