Stretch is the other half of the story. The knitted fabric fits any sleeping bag shape, and the mummy version adds a drawcord footbox plus arm openings. Sleep in it inside your bag or on its own. HeiQ Fresh odor control keeps it fresh, and washing the liner instead of the bag protects the bag's loft.
